Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI) is both the owner of the site and the principal partner in its development. A New Zealand co-operative operating the PAK’nSAVE, New World, Four Square and Gilmours brands, Foodstuffs North Island is owned by its co-operative members who are highly engaged and embedded in their communities. FSNI’s membership collectively employ over 24,000 people across the North Island in their stores with a team of 1,700 in support. Foodstuffs Property Investment team are leading the co-operatives involvement in the Dominion Road Development.
Silk Road Management Ltd.
Managing Director John Dalzell was previously Chief Executive of Waterfront Auckland, now known as Panuku Development Auckland. With expertise in managing complex development projects, John will oversee Silk Road’s role in guiding the broad spectrum of property related disciplines, financial management, corporate governance, project and development management issues related to the project.
